I'm Malkiat Singh, a full-stack engineer based in Chandigarh, India. I've been building software professionally since 2013: web apps, hybrid mobile apps, APIs, and the admin tools and content systems that keep a business running.

Most of my work lives in the JavaScript and .NET worlds. On the front end that means Angular (and React or Vue when a project calls for it), with Ionic for mobile. On the back end it means Node.js with Express or LoopBack, or C# with ASP.NET Core, on top of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server. More recently I have been adding AI features to products with the OpenAI APIs.

I also work as a software consultant, which means I spend as much time on requirements, specifications and delivery as I do in the editor. I like owning a feature from the first client conversation to the production release.
